I'm the daughter of the owner of Weathington Carpentry. I grew up watching what it actually takes to build something — not the polished version, the real one. The early mornings. The hard conversations. The way leadership shows up long before anyone calls it that.
That foundation shaped how I work today. I've spent my career inside organizations of every size, helping leaders move from circling the same problems to building the systems that finally move them forward. Performance gaps. Hiring missteps. Teams that look right on paper but can't execute.
What I bring isn't theory. It's a clear lens, decades of pattern recognition, and the courage to name the thing no one else in the room is naming. My clients don't come to me for comfort. They come because they're ready to stop guessing and start moving.
