Through HR Made Simple Consulting and Coaching, Renea partners with leaders who need practical guidance in executive coaching, talent management, leadership training, employee relations, and compliance. Her strategic and supportive approach helps organizations reduce workplace challenges, develop confident leaders, and create healthy, high-performing teams.

Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Renea grew up in a large family that shaped her values of transparency, determination, hard work, and collaboration. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Western Illinois University, which continues to inform her people-centered leadership and coaching philosophy.
